EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN 2025

Before we close the year and head into 2026, here’s some great news.

Earlier in the year we initiated ‘Smile Back’ a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) programme developed by our specialist managed services platform, ConnectWise, and we can now report that Equity is running at a CSAT score of 96%! 

This is regarded as “exceptional” in the industry and comes in what remains a challenging climate for every UK sector; a year in which we have seen a much greater business dependency on IT than ever before – particularly around cyber security and optimisation of productivity and efficiency.

It’s testament to our commitment to listening to and understanding our customers’ challenges and goals, and delivering value; not just through product solutions, but via a more complete offering, underpinned by outstanding service and support.

We look forward to delivering an exceptional service to our customers and to working with new organisations in 2026.  It’s going to be another big year for business IT, with automation, AI, cybersecurity being front and centre of everyone’s strategy.
