We’re delighted to announce that Equity has successfully renewed its ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1 and ISO 27001 certifications following a rigorous independent audit process.
What makes this year’s outcome particularly significant is that all three audits were completed with only positive observations from the auditor. The audit team also recognised the significant progress Equity has made since previous assessments, highlighting improvements across the business and the maturity of our management systems.
For our customers, these accreditations provide independent assurance that Equity continues to operate to internationally recognised standards for quality management, IT service delivery and information security.
Why these standards matter
Organisations face increasing pressure to improve productivity, strengthen resilience, protect data, embrace AI-driven innovation and navigate an increasingly complex cybersecurity landscape. Technology providers are no longer simply expected to keep systems running, they are expected to help businesses operate more efficiently, remain secure, adapt to change and achieve strategic objectives. This is why these certifications are so important.
Together, these standards demonstrate that quality, security and service excellence are embedded into the way Equity operates.
More than an MSP
Many organisations are rethinking the role technology plays in their business. Cybersecurity threats continue to evolve, AI is reshaping productivity and organisations are under increasing pressure to do more with the resources they have available.
We believe customers need more than a traditional managed service provider. Our approach is built around becoming a strategic technology partner, helping organisations align technology investments with business goals while improving security, efficiency, resilience and productivity. This is supported by our consultative IT Roadmap approach, which enables customers to understand their current technology position, prioritise investment, mitigate risk and plan for future growth with confidence.
By combining managed services, cybersecurity expertise, AI enablement and strategic guidance, we aim to provide genuine differentiation in a crowded market and help our customers make technology a competitive advantage rather than simply a cost of doing business.
Continuous improvement in action
Recent initiatives have focused on enhancing customer onboarding, improving machine-build workflows and strengthening collaboration between sales, projects, engineering and finance teams. The objective is simple: reduce friction, improve efficiency and deliver an even better experience for our customers. Continuous improvement is a key principle across all three ISO standards and remains central to the way Equity operates.
Listening to customer feedback
Our commitment to service excellence is reflected not only in external audits but also in the feedback we receive directly from customers. We currently maintain a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score consistently above 90%, a level widely recognised as exceptional within the managed services industry. This ongoing feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well, identify opportunities for improvement and maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Customer feedback is collected through our service desk and forms an important part of how we measure performance, drive improvements and ensure customer needs remain at the centre of everything we do. Later this year, we will also launch our annual Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey, providing customers with an opportunity to share feedback on their overall relationship with Equity and helping to shape future improvements across the business.
Teamwork
Operations Director, Leigh-Anne Wyatt commented, “Achieving these results requires a collective commitment from teams across the business. From service delivery, engineering and projects to operations, security and customer support, maintaining these standards is the result of thousands of daily actions carried out with professionalism, care and attention to detail. We would like to thank everyone involved in preparing for the audits and contributing to another successful outcome.”
Looking ahead
The successful renewal of our ISO certifications is an important milestone, but it is also a reflection of a wider commitment. As organisations continue to navigate cyber threats, operational challenges and the opportunities created by AI, Equity remains focused on helping customers build secure, resilient and productive businesses.
These certifications, our strong customer satisfaction scores and our commitment to continual improvement are all part of delivering on that promise every day.
